To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery (as confirmed by tracking information)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items missing original packaging or tags

3. Return Process

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly by us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If more than 13 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the refund, please contact us.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos and your order number to help us resolve the issue promptly.
